| Camelback 3rd annual Cardboard Box Derby Event Location: Camelback Ski Resort: Coolmore Event Date: March 13/2010 at 10:00 am |
• This event is free! All participants must have a valid lift ticket or
season pass to participate.
• You may participate individually or in teams. Up to 4 participants on a
team.
• Teams must register between 10:00am – 12:00pm at the Desk in the Big
Pocono Family Eatery.
• Every participant is required to sign a release of liability.
• You must be 12 years or older to participate. Any minor must have a
parent signature.
• All cardboard vehicles must be built solely of cardboard, tape, glue, paint
and paper. If other materials are used, your vehicle will be disqualified.
No industrial pressed cardboard, plastic, wood, staples, ropes, twine or
wire will be permitted.
• Cardboard vehicles must have a front, rear, bottom and two sides.
• No waxing the bottom of your cardboard vehicle.
• Any Camelback representative, at the event, who deems a vehicle to be
unsafe, has the authority to disqualify the team.
• All vehicles, with participants in the vehicles, must cross the finish line to
qualify for prizes.
• Cardboard Box vehicles can be left at Camelback and we will recycle
them in.
You could have a chance to win free burritos for a year from Moe’s if you:
• Enter the derby with our favorite dead rocker themed vehicle
• Win our burrito eating contest
• Guess how many beach balls we can fit in the Moe’s Van
• Become the first person to complete our scavenger hunt
(Bring your camera!)
Make sure you stop by the Moe’s Tent
during the day to enter the contests
and to see what else we are up to.
